Technical description

Profile foreseen for permanent installation in plaster using aluminium installation profile forms, both on wall as well as on ceiling surfaces. The profile is perfect for installation in so-called dry structures, and the height of the aluminium profiles was adapted for single- and dual-layer cladding of plasterboard.
Thanks to the use of the elastomer inlay, the profile is characterised by the ability to compensate expansion joint movements in all directions. The profile structure allows replacement of the elastomer inlay without the need to remove the aluminium profiles. The profile has the same design and makes one complete system together with the Deflex 446 floor profile.
Profile conforms to fire resistance requirements for class E according to standard PN-EN 13501-1.
Profile available in flat and corner form.

Material Aluminium load bearing profiles conforming to standard PN-EN 755.
Nitriflex elastic inlay - permanently elastic material, resistant among others to oils, bituminous masses, oxidation, acids, UV light, atmospheric conditions and temperature (from -30 °C to +60 °C) as well as aging and road salt. Material conforms to requirements of standard DIN 18541.
