Slip film types TG 1 A + b1, TG 1 A + c1

Type TG 1 A +b1 and type TG 1 A + c1 slip films are foreseen as small-span roof bearings. The use of slip films guarantees the reduction of 'clamping' of building structural components, with rifts forming as a result of contraction and creep and changes brought forth by influence of temperature on the building. Slip films prevent the emergence of rifts caused by walls leaning. In case of roofs with larger spans, band spacers with an elastomer core are to be used, or slip bands with focused load characteristics.

 

Type TG 1 A +b1 slip film is a double-layer film, laminated on the one side with foam; it is used for components concreted at the construction site.

Type TG 1 A + b3, TG 1 A + c3 slip films

Type TG 1 A + b3 and type TG 1 A + c3 slip films are used as partitions between large structural components to reduce 'clamping', which might emerge as a result of structural components expanding under the influence of temperature, differences between properties of structural concrete and the underlying layer or between an existing building component and a newly executed one.


TG 1A +b3 type slip films are double-layer films covered on their one side by a protective hard fabric layer.

In order to protect slip film against mechanical damage and in order to smooth out roughness spots on the bearing surface, it is advised to use top and bottom protective fabrics. In case of emergence of particular construction conditions on site, other protective tape types should be used, at which time the slip film may be delivered without the protective layers (fabrics) as type TG 1 A film or laminated on one side as slip film type TG 1 A + b3.

TYPE TG 1 A + b4 , TG 1 A + c4 slip films

Type TG 1 A + b4 and type TG 1 A + c4 slip films with elastomer laminate are foreseen as bearings for foundations. They are used to separate structural components, i. e. in the foundation area, and to reduce clamping, which may emerge as a result of creep and changes of temperature of the structural components or as a result of the building setting. For increased tension values up to 10 N/mm2 use type TG 5 POM slip films.

Foam lamination is required in order to smooth out insignificant roughness patches and unevenness of the bearing surface.

TYPE TG 5 POM + b4, TG 5 POM + c4 SLIP FILMS

Type TG 5 POM + b4 and type TG 5 POM + c4 slip films are foreseen as partitions for components subjected to great loads, i. e. close to foundations, and to limit clamping, which may emerge as a result of influence of temperature, structural element contraction or creep, or as a result of the building setting.


 

Type TG 5 POM + b4 slip film is a double-layer film, laminated with elastomer on one side; it is used for concrete components executed at the construction site.
