Product description
CSE deactivators are liquid substances used for manufacturing concrete components with exposed surfaces. The surface-acting deactivators allow one to obtain the effect of uncovered aggregate using the washed concrete method with all available wash depth values. Our offer spans two types of deactivators: thinner-based CSE pro and water-based CSE nova; both can be used in even the toughest conditions. The CSE pro and CSE nova deactivators are environmentally-friendly products, fully bio-degradable if used properly. They are economic and easy to use, they may be sprayed on, are quick-drying, and can be used with all kinds of formwork. The CSE pro and CSE nova products are reliable even at ambient temperatures of up to 30 °C.


Usage
CSE deactivators are used on concrete surfaces used at pre-casting plants or directly at the construction site. They may be used for all kinds of formwork, in particular for structural formwork with curved outer surfaces.

Mode of use
Before use, the CSE deactivators must be thoroughly mixed using mixing implements. The preparation may be applied using one of two methods. The first one entails introduction of the product to the form surface. For this purpose, the form surface has to be covered evenly with the liquid using a painter's roller or paintbrush. After the substance has dried, the form may be filled with concrete. The second method entails application onto a fresh concrete surface. It is best to use a spray gun for this purpose. Note that during this procedure, no puddles of the product should be allowed to form on the surface.
It is advantageous to cover up the sprayed surface. The selection of proper application method should be made after practical trials, meaning - samples must be made, which will correspond to actual manufacturing conditions with respect to the concrete mix recipe, the production course and time, component thickness and resulting binding temperature. The concrete recipe or density and texture should be so that sedimentation does not occur quickly and for the binding speed not to be too high. The concrete binding process should not begin earlier than 60 minutes after it is applied.
Heating of the form should begin an hour after the concrete is packed at the earliest. All parameters determined during this trial should precisely correspond to manufacture conditions as much as possible. The packing operation should begin not later than 45 minutes after the concrete mix is introduced into the form, and the exact time should be determined by trials. The concrete component should be washed between eight and 72 hours, however this should also be preceded by trials.
It is important to maintain an appropriate washing rhythm for a given series. The components should remain in forms until the washing operation begins, unless one would want to reduce the washing depth somewhat. In such a case, the components may be subjected to influence by air within a trial-and-error-determined time of 2-8 hours until the washing commences. Following that, the concrete surfaces need to be washed using a pressure washer, and this will uncover the decorative aggregate. Another method of uncovering the decorative aggregate is brushing and flushing with running water.

RSE, SE, WB deactivation paper sheets



 

Product description
The RSE, SE and WB paper sheets are deactivation solutions in paper form, used during manufacture of decorative concrete surfaces with the application of the washed concrete method. Reliable and precise, it guarantees the manufacture of high-quality products.

Application
For the production of i. e. pedestrian walkway tiles, cladding tiles, stair components (treads) using the washed concrete method.

Mode of use

1) Prepare an appropriate required product volume, the size and 'washing' depth. then insert the paper into the form with the inscriptions facing downwards.
2) and 3) Next, fill the form with the concrete mix. In this example, the form shall be subjected to hermetic processing in a press.
4) Not more than 24 hours later, the formwork and the paper should be removed.
5) The part surface should be washed using a pressure washer.

Microgel deactivator


Product description
The microgel contains surfactants and acid ingredients for light washing (deacidification) of already hardened concrete surfaces. Methods used earlier, spanning deacidification of the concrete surface with hydrochloric acid and similar acids, as a result of vertical flowing or surface concentrations, caused unevenness on the concrete surface. The Microgel, thanks to its gel form, leads to very even wash spots on the concrete surface, and it may be used without difficulty on vertical surfaces. Usage of the product on horizontal pre-cast concrete components also allows the penetration phase to remain uniform, and the final result is improved.
Thanks to the use of high-quality ingredients in the Microgel, the process water does not contain any nitrogen compounds, and iron content is very low. If the Microgel is used correctly, then active substances become neutralised biologically between the acid Microgel ingredients and the alkali concrete surface. For this reason the water used for washing of the surface after the Microgel is applied, if used in a sufficient volume, will not lead to a marked change of pH values.

Usage
Microgel is used to flush away mortar from the concrete surface in order to uncover decorative aggregate.

Mode of use
The processed concrete components should not be older than five days. Before Microgel is used, the concrete should be saturated with water. Then, the ready prepared product should be thoroughly mixed and applied onto the processed concrete component with a paintbrush or any different brush. After several seconds of action of the preparation, the surface should be brushed with a hard brush and finally generously flushed with water. If the required washing depth is not obtained, process a part of the surface or the entire surface again. To conclude, wash the component with a high-pressure washer, if possible, using warm water.
