The type I disc anchor is a two-component part used for joining concrete structures, between which a water-tight seal is found. Used i. e. for anchoring of the pavement surface to the load bearing structure. Each part of the anchor is mounted in joined components during their concreting. Thanks to the use of disc anchors, continuity of insulation at the joint is guaranteed.

 

 

 

Installation takes place through the inlaying of the first part of the anchor into the support structure during concreting so that the disc is levelled equally to its surface. Then, the insulation is laid out, after which the second part of the anchor may be screwed onto the first part. At joints, where insulation is found between two discs pressing on it, the seal is maintained. The execution of the pavement surface itself should follow.

The type IV disc anchor allows joining concrete components of existing structures with components, which shall be added to them through concreting at a later stage, and between which a layer of insulation should be found. Used in structures, on which refurbishment work is carried out.

 

 

Installation takes place through drilling out of an opening in the existing structure, and placing the anchor bolt in the opening with the use of a resin capsule. Then, the anchor disc is screwed onto it, pressing the insulation to the structure surface, ensuring a tight joint. A flat, even surface at the anchor installation spot must be ensured.

The CHO-4 disc anchor is a two-component used for joining concrete structures, between which water-tight insulation shall be made. Used for anchoring i. e. the pavement surface to the load bearing structure. Each part of the anchor is installed separately in joined components during their concreting. Through the use of disc anchors, seal tightness and continuity is guaranteed at the joints. The CHO-4 disc anchor is a component manufactured according to Polish Bridge Detail Component Catalogue (Pl. Katalog Detali Mostowych).  
The CHO-4 anchor is delivered without separating bars as standard. Other arrangements upon request.

The four-point joining anchor for traffic barriers is made of two bent bars joined by a flat bar component. The ends of the bars have an M20 thread over a length of 60 mm.
The anchor allows the installation of barrier pillars for the SP 06 traffic barrier in concrete structure components.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The anchor is installed by concreting it in the pavement structure. The anchor is affixed in the reinforcement zone so that the flat bars are level with the concrete level.

The four-point joining anchor is made up of four threaded steel sleeves connected by reinforcement steel bars. Into the sleeves, screws are screwed in, allowing precise arrangement of the anchor before concreting. Two types of the four-point joining anchor are available - type I and type II - offering different sleeve diameters and threads.
The anchor allows the installation of auxiliary equipment in the concrete structure components, such as: traffic barriers, noise barriers, bridge railing pillars, etc. The four-point joining anchors are basic components, which can be expanded according to individual needs, both in terms of mounting points (sleeves) as well as their distribution.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Installation of the anchor entails concreting it in the surface structure. Screws allow setting of the precise selected anchor position. In the top part, there are plastic plugs preventing the sleeves against intrusion of the mix during concreting. After the plugs are removed, the end component may be screwed on.
